Data uploads to the Carbon Portal are normally performed by trusted collaborators from the Thematic Centres or by the Carbon Portal personnel.
The uploads are possible with a user-friendly Upload GUI and using the HTTP API. Upload instructions can be found here.
There is also a third upload API dedicated specifically to uploads of raw ecosystem data directly from data loggers. It is documented here.
