ICOS Science Conference 2026 takes place in Lund, Sweden, 15-17 September 2026. As Lund is relatively small university city, please consider that accommodation options in Lund during the conference week may be limited.

With this in mind, we strongly recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as you can. Our local organising team has kindly put together a list of accommodation options in Lund below with blocked reservations at a special rate for ICOS Science Conference attendees.

Caution

We have been alerted that fraudulent companies are sending emails to confirmed presenters offering to book hotels in Lund on behalf of the ICOS Science Conference organising team. These emails are a scam. ICOS Science Conference does not offer hotel bookings for participants and we have no partnerships with any travel companies offering such services.

About Lund

Most restaurants in Lund close their kitchens around 21:00, and restaurant options may be limited during the conference week. Our local organising team recommends making dinner reservation in good time, especially for larger groups.

Lund is situated close to Malmö, Sweden’s third largest city containing many accommodation options. Train connections between Malmö and Lund are frequent and the train journey takes less than 15 minutes.
