ICOS Science Conference 2026 abstract submission and evaluation, as well as participant registration, are organised through the Oxford Abstracts platform. The same platform was used for the previous two ICOS Science Conferences.
To access the submission form, the author needs to create an account on the Oxford Abstract platform or log in to their existing account. We recommend you use the work email address of your institute to create this.
The abstract submission deadline is 6th March 2026, 15:00 CET.
This is a hard deadline, and there will be no deadline extension.
Once the submission deadline closes, abstract submitters will have an additional week to edit their abstract if they wish. All abstracts will then be evaluated using a double-anonymous evaluation process.
When submitting your abstract, please select the session for which your conference presentation is intended using the drop-down menu. The full list of sessions can be viewed here.
