Come meet other Science Conference participants early and get acquainted with the venue in advance during our ice-breaker event! Complimentary drinks are included.
The ice-breaker event takes place from 15:00-19:00 CEST.
Badge pick up at the Versailles Palais des Congrès
Attendees can come collect their badge from the conference venue early from 15:00 CEST.
We hope as many attendees as possible can collect their badge early so as to ease congestion on Tuesday morning.

Conference Dinner: Le Capitaine Fracasse cruise along the River Seine

The ICOS Science Conference dinner will be organised on the Le Capitaine Fracasse cruise boat on the river Seine on Wednesday 11th September. The riverboat will depart from downtown Paris. A three-course dinner will be served on board, details on the menu will be released later.
Note: Please make sure to add your dietary requirements to the registration form. The capacity on the boat is limited and places are filled in the order of registration.
